1. Who these terms are between
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of peoplesfeed.in/ and any newsletter, feed, form or service we provide through it. In these terms, "Peoples Feed", "we", "us" and "our" mean Incunation Global, a sole proprietorship whose proprietor is Dr. Mayank Raj, at Greater Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India, GST 09BSAPR8473B1ZJ. “You” means anyone who visits, reads, subscribes to, comments on or submits anything to the site.
By using peoplesfeed.in/ you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Effective from 11 September 2026.
2. Use of the site
You may read, link to, quote briefly with attribution, print for your own use and share links to anything we publish. That is what it is for.
You agree not to:
- Copy, republish, redistribute or syndicate our articles in whole or in substantial part without our written permission.
- Scrape, crawl, harvest or mine the site by automated means at a rate or scale that burdens our servers, or in breach of our robots directives.
- Use our content to train a machine learning or generative artificial intelligence model without our written permission.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers, its databases or any account.
- Introduce malware, attempt a denial-of-service attack, or interfere with the operation of the site.
- Remove, obscure or alter any copyright notice, byline, correction note, sponsored label or attribution.
- Misrepresent yourself as a Peoples Feed journalist, editor or representative, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.
- Use the site for anything unlawful, or in breach of any applicable Indian law.
We may suspend or block access from any account, IP address or device that breaches these terms, without notice.
3. Intellectual property
All editorial content on peoplesfeed.in/, including text, headlines, standfirsts, photographs, illustrations, charts, page design, the Peoples Feed name and the Peoples Feed logo, is owned by Incunation Global or licensed to it, and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and other applicable law.
What you may do without asking: quote a short extract, up to about 90 words, with the author’s name, the words “Peoples Feed” and a working link to the original article. Embed our social posts. Link to any page.
What you must ask for: republication of a full article or a substantial part of it, translation, syndication, inclusion in a commercial database or newsletter, use of our photographs or charts outside our page, and any use of the Peoples Feed name or logo in marketing. Write to connect@peoplesfeed.in.
Third-party material used on our pages, including photographs supplied under licence, remains the property of its owner and is used under the licence stated in the caption or credit. If you believe your copyright has been infringed by anything on this site, write to grievance@peoplesfeed.in with the URL, the material concerned, proof of your ownership and your contact details. We investigate copyright complaints promptly and will remove or credit correctly where a complaint is made out.
4. User submissions
This clause applies to anything you send us: story tips, documents, photographs, Get Featured submissions, Write For Us pitches, comments, letters and messages through our forms.
- You keep ownership of what you send. By sending it, you grant Incunation Global a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish and archive it in Peoples Feed and its newsletters and social channels, and to sub-license it for syndication.
- You confirm you have the right to send it. You warrant that the material is yours or that you have permission to share it, that it does not infringe anyone’s copyright, and that publishing it will not breach any confidence, contract, court order or law.
- Photographs. If you send a photograph, you must tell us who took it and under what licence we may use it. We will not publish an image whose licence we cannot evidence.
- We are not obliged to publish anything. Sending us material creates no obligation on us to use it, to reply, or to reply within any time. A submission is not a commission.
- We do not pay for unsolicited material unless we have agreed a fee in writing in advance.
- Confidentiality. If you ask us to treat your identity as confidential and we agree in writing, we will protect it. Please do not assume confidentiality that has not been agreed. Do not send us material you are legally barred from sharing.
- Editing. Anything we publish from you may be edited for length, accuracy, clarity, legal risk and house style.
5. Comments
Where comments are open, they are a space for discussion, not a right. By posting you agree that your comment will not:
- Be defamatory, or state an allegation about a named person as though it were a proven fact.
- Be obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, or invasive of another person’s privacy.
- Be abusive, threatening, harassing, or an incitement to violence.
- Be insulting or harmful on the basis of religion, caste, race, gender, sexual orientation, disability or place of birth, or be intended to promote enmity between groups.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Contain another person’s private contact details, home address, identity numbers or medical information.
- Identify a person under 18 in connection with a crime, a court matter or a medical case.
- Infringe anyone’s copyright or trade mark.
- Be spam, or promote a product, service, scheme or link for commercial gain.
- Breach any Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it.
We moderate comments and we may edit, refuse, delete or close them at our discretion, with or without explanation. Comments are the views of the people who write them and not of Peoples Feed. We do not endorse them. If you see a comment that breaches these rules, report it to grievance@peoplesfeed.in.
6. Accuracy and the nature of news
We take considerable care to verify what we publish, and our standards are published in our Editorial Policy and Fact-Checking Policy. News is nonetheless a moving account of events. Facts change, figures are revised by their sources, and appointments and designations change. An article is accurate as at its publication or last updated date, which is shown on every page. We correct errors under our Public Corrections Policy.
7. No professional advice
Nothing on peoplesfeed.in/ is medical, legal, financial, tax, career or investment advice, and it must not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your circumstances. See our Disclaimer.
8. Third-party links and advertising
Our articles link to government portals, institutional pages, court records, journals and other publications. We link to primary sources on purpose. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
Advertising displayed on the site, including programmatic advertising served by third parties, is the responsibility of the advertiser. We do not verify advertisers’ claims and we are not party to any transaction between you and an advertiser. Sponsored content is labelled as sponsored and is described on our Advertise With Us page.
9. Availability of the site
We do not guarantee that peoplesfeed.in/ will be available at all times, uninterrupted or free of error. We may change, suspend, restrict or withdraw any part of the site, including archived articles, at any time. We may also add, change or remove features of the newsletter.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, peoplesfeed.in/ and everything on it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We give no warranty, express or implied, that the site or its content is accurate, complete, current, fit for a particular purpose, uninterrupted, secure or free of viruses or other harmful components.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Incunation Global, its proprietor, its editors, its writers and its contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated saving, arising out of or connected with your use of peoplesfeed.in/, your reliance on anything published on it, any third-party site linked from it, or any advertisement on it, whether the claim is in contract, tort, negligence, statute or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised that such loss was possible.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or connected with the site and these terms is limited to one thousand Indian rupees (Rs 1,000).
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Indian law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Incunation Global, its proprietor, its employees, its contributors and its contractors against any claim, demand, proceeding, loss, liability, damage, cost or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or connected with:
- Your breach of these terms.
- Any material you submit to us, including a claim that it infringes a third party’s rights or is defamatory.
- Any comment you post.
- Your unlawful use of the site or of our content.
13. Privacy and data protection
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy, which form part of these terms.
14. Complaints and grievances
If you have a complaint about anything we have published, write to our Grievance Officer, Dr. Mayank Raj, at grievance@peoplesfeed.in. We acknowledge within 24 hours and decide within 15 days, as required by Rule 11 of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. 15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of peoplesfeed.in/, including non-contractual disputes, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
The courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim, and you submit to that jurisdiction. Where a matter falls within the jurisdiction of the High Court, that is the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad and its benches.
16. Severability and waiver
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remaining provisions continue in full force. If we do not enforce a right or provision, that is not a waiver of it.
17. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, and the “Last updated” date at the foot tells you when it changed. Where a change is material, we will say so on this page for at least 30 days and, where we hold your email address for a newsletter, tell subscribers. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms. Please check this page from time to time.
