What this page is
This page sets out the limits of what Peoples Feed is telling you. It sits alongside our Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of the site, and our Editorial Policy, which sets out the standards we hold ourselves to.
Peoples Feed is published by Incunation Global, a sole proprietorship based in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Accuracy
We verify everything we publish against primary documents before it goes live. Our process is published in full in our Fact-Checking Policy, and every article is read and approved by a named human editor.
Even so, three things are true about news, and we would rather say them plainly:
- An article is accurate as at its date. Every page shows a published date and, where relevant, a last updated date. Designations change, officers are transferred, figures are revised by the bodies that issue them, and legal matters move on. An article you are reading two years after publication describes the position as we verified it on that date.
- Sources can be wrong. Where we report a figure from a government order, an annual report or a published paper, we are reporting what that document says, attributed to it. If the document itself is later corrected, we update the article.
- We make mistakes. When we do, we correct them on the page, date the change and record it in the public log on our Public Corrections Policy page. If you have found one, write to corrections@peoplesfeed.in.
We do not warrant that every page on this site is complete, current or error-free, and you should not treat it as a substitute for checking a primary document yourself where a decision of yours depends on it. That is why we link the original document in almost every article.
No professional advice
Nothing on peoplesfeed.in/ is professional advice. Our articles are journalism. They are written for general information and public interest, not for your situation, and we do not know your situation.
Medical and health
We report on doctors, hospitals, public health programmes, medical research and clinical milestones. None of it is medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation or an endorsement of any practitioner, hospital, drug, device or procedure. Do not start, stop or change any treatment on the strength of something you read here. Speak to a registered medical practitioner. In an emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital.
Legal
We report on court judgments, orders, notifications, FIRs, charge sheets and regulatory action. None of it is legal advice or an opinion on your rights, and reading it does not create any professional relationship. Court reporting describes the stage of a proceeding, not its outcome. An FIR is not a conviction and a charge sheet is not a finding of guilt. Consult a qualified advocate before acting on anything you read here.
Financial, tax and investment
Where we report on funding, budgets, salaries, schemes, grants, allowances or company performance, we are reporting. We do not recommend any investment, security, scheme, insurance product or financial decision, and nothing here is a solicitation to buy or sell anything. We are not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India as an investment adviser or research analyst. Speak to a qualified, registered financial adviser.
Careers, examinations and admissions
Our guides explain how systems work: how an award is decided, how a cadre allotment runs, how an appointment is made, how an admission rule changed. They are explanatory, not advisory, and they are not a substitute for the official notification, prospectus or rulebook. Always check the issuing authority’s own document before you rely on a date, an eligibility rule or a deadline. Where we describe a deadline, we link the notification. The notification governs, not us.
External links
Peoples Feed links heavily and deliberately to primary source material on government portals, institutional websites, court and journal databases and other publications. We do this so that you can check our work.
Those websites are not under our control. We are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, their availability, their security or their privacy practices, and a link from us is not an endorsement of the linked site, its owner or anything else it publishes. Government portals in particular move and retire URLs frequently. Where a link we used has since broken, tell us at corrections@peoplesfeed.in and we will replace it or point to an archived copy.
Opinions and analysis
Articles labelled Opinion carry the views of the named author, not of Peoples Feed, Incunation Global or anyone else associated with either. Publishing an opinion piece is not an endorsement of it. Peoples Feed does not endorse political parties or candidates.
Articles labelled Analysis are written by a named member of the newsroom and show their evidence in the piece. They contain judgement as well as fact, and the piece says where the line falls.
Quotations from people we report on are their words, attributed with a date and place, and are not statements by Peoples Feed. Reporting a claim is not endorsing it, and where we report a contested claim we say who made it and who disputes it.
Sponsored content and advertising
Where an article is paid for, it is labelled Sponsored at the top of the page, above the headline, with the sponsor named. Sponsored articles are not written by the reporter who covers that beat, do not carry a Peoples Feed reporter byline, and are not news coverage. We have not independently verified the claims in a sponsored article, and publishing one is not an endorsement of the sponsor, its products or its services.
Display advertising on the site, including advertising served programmatically by third parties, is the responsibility of the advertiser. We do not vet advertisers’ claims and we are not a party to any transaction between you and an advertiser. If you have a problem with an advertisement you saw here, tell us at connect@peoplesfeed.in and we will pass it on or block the creative where we can.

Images
Photographs are licensed, openly licensed with the licence recorded, supplied with written permission, or created by us, and the credit appears in the caption. Photographs of people are not manipulated beyond cropping, straightening and standard exposure correction. Illustrations that were produced with AI assistance are labelled as such, and we do not publish AI-generated photographs of real people. If you believe an image on this site is used without the right permission, write to grievance@peoplesfeed.in with the URL and proof of ownership.
People we write about
Peoples Feed reports on named living people in their public and professional roles. We do not publish private contact details, home addresses or residential locations. We do not state an allegation as a fact. Where an article concerns an allegation, an inquiry or a criticism, the person or institution is given a right of reply before publication, and their response, or the fact that there was none, appears in the article.
If you are the subject of an article and something in it is factually wrong, write to corrections@peoplesfeed.in with the document that shows it. If you believe the article breaches the Code of Ethics, write to grievance@peoplesfeed.in. See Grievance Redressal.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peoples Feed and Incunation Global accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on anything published on this site, from any external site linked from it, or from any advertisement shown on it. The full limitation clause is at section 11 of our Terms and Conditions, which also sets out the governing law and the courts that have jurisdiction.
