How to reach Peoples Feed
Peoples Feed is a small newsroom, and a real person reads every message. Please use the right address below. It is the single fastest way to get an answer, because each address goes to the person who can actually act on it.
Email addresses and what each one is for
| Address | Use it for | Do not use it for |
|---|---|---|
| connect@peoplesfeed.in | General enquiries, advertising and sponsorship, partnerships, syndication and reprint permission, events, newsletter questions, anything you are not sure about. | Corrections. Formal grievances. Those have their own addresses and a clock attached. |
| editorial@peoplesfeed.in | Story tips, documents and orders you want us to see, right of reply responses, pitches from contributors, requests to be considered for coverage, data sets. | Requests to remove or soften a published article. Those are grievances. |
| corrections@peoplesfeed.in | A factual error in a published article: a wrong name, a wrong designation, a wrong number, a wrong date, a misattributed quote, a broken source link. | Disagreement with our editorial judgement. That is a grievance, not a correction. |
| grievance@peoplesfeed.in | Formal complaints under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and data protection requests and complaints under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. | Routine tips and general questions. Those slow the grievance queue down. |

If you are the subject of an article we are working on. When we write to you asking for a response, the deadline in that email is real. It is at least 24 hours for a news story and at least 72 hours for a profile or an investigation. If you need longer, say so in writing and we will consider it. If you do not reply, we publish and we say in the article that we wrote to you, on what date, and that there was no response by the time of publication. We update the article if a reply arrives later. See Editorial Policy.
Making a correction request that we can act on fast
Please include all four of these. Without them we have to write back and ask, which costs a day.
- The full URL of the article.
- The exact sentence or number you say is wrong, copied and pasted.
- What the correct fact is.
- The document that shows it: an order, a gazette notification, an official page, a published report or a court record. A link is enough.
Full process and timelines on the Public Corrections Policy page.
Grievance Officer
Under Rule 11 of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, a publisher of news and current affairs content must appoint a Grievance Officer based in India and publish the contact details.
- Grievance Officer: Dr. Mayank Raj, Editor, Peoples Feed
- Email: grievance@peoplesfeed.in
- Address: Incunation Global, Greater Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India
- Phone: +91 99585 22466
The full three-tier process, including what happens if you are not satisfied with our decision, is on the Grievance Redressal page.
Things we cannot do
- We cannot guarantee coverage. Not for payment, not for a relationship, not for a well-written request. See Get Featured.
- We cannot share a reporter’s personal phone number or personal email.
- We cannot pass on messages to the people we write about, and we do not share their contact details with readers.
- We cannot remove an accurate, lawfully published article because the subject has changed their mind about it. We will correct anything that is wrong, and we will add an update if the position has genuinely changed.
- We cannot give legal, medical or financial advice. See Disclaimer.
Social
Peoples Feed currently shares social accounts with our sister publication StartupFeed.in: X at @Startupfeednews, Instagram at @startupfeed.official, LinkedIn at /company/startupfeedofficial/ and Facebook. Social messages are not a formal channel. A grievance sent by direct message is not registered under the IT Rules 2021 until it reaches grievance@peoplesfeed.in.
